Ceiling Painting ‘Musica’ for the History of Music Study Chamber, The Institute of Ethnology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. April 2011:

“…existing in another realm, up there above us. In particular that ‘old music’, music that had long ago been cast into our world can, through our endeavours, be rediscovered after being long forgotten. Music not yet composed is awaiting to be heard. The aperture into the realm of music is obscured by a figure formed of various objects and signs evoking memories of music. Beyond the figure, we sense an animated life within the sphere of music; entities, which secretly and with curiosity observe our world. Here and there, a hint of a wing appears to be seen. The objects are seen from below, illuminated by light from within the room. Blue-tinted evening sky forms the background.”
